Chichester City ladies' football team has established a link
with the Chichester College under-19 ladies' football team which
should benefit all female footballers in the region.
Chichester
College sports lecturer Matt Wright will be the coach for both
teams and the College will be sponsoring Chichester Ladies to
help provide new equipment and training.
Chichester
will also be running a ladies reserve team this season which
will be managed by Caroline Evans. The new link will
provide a basis for the Female Football Academy which is being
planned for the start of next season.
The Ladies
team train at Oaklands Park on a Thursday night, 7pm, and all
abilities are welcome
